According to some recent reports, it’s those darn evangelical Christians again. Don’t they know the Moral Majority is dead?

Do you really believe this? How did Brown get elected by Christians? There is a real fight between the Christions and the Tea Party for control of the Republican Party. This might be the only thing that saves the Democrat Party.
No, I don’t believe this. This just proves that liberal Christians are embarrassed by conservative Christians and that a few Christians spoke out at Tea Party events.
Are there some Christians who say stupid things? Yes. Is the Tea Party movement an evangelical Christian conspiracy? No. Your Brown comment is correct. As an evangelical Christian, there is no way I’d vote for Brown in a primary. He was elected by Fiscal conservatives. A fact many of these reports overlook.
I don’t know that the Tea Party folks and the Christians are really fighting for control of the party, though. I think the lines are a little more blurred than that. Hopefully we can find a solid social and fiscal conservative or else no one will be happy.
